Ennis Will Benefit From Ongoing Water Works Says Irish Water

Irish Water says virtually everyone in Ennis will benefit from its ongoing efforts to boost water infrastructure in the town.

A four-week closure of New Road begins today to allow for works pm the Ennis Watermains Rehabilitation Project.

This 3.7 million euro investment will see 12 kilometres of pipes being laid, but will also lead to disruption at times over the next twelve months.

Aisling Buckley, Regional Spokesperson with Irish Water told Clare FM the works are badly needed.
