Ennis businesses have expressed their shock and dismay at the sudden closure of long standing furniture store Curleys.
Customers due to pick up purchases on Saturday where stunned to find the premises shut with a note on the front door stating the shop had ceased trading and was now in receivership.

Grant Thorton has been appointed as receivers for Curley’s Furniture and Carpets Limited which is headquartered in Galway and also has another store in Killen with up to 80 staff employed between the three premises.
