An Ennis Soroptimist is seeking supports from the government for people who have experienced domestic violence.
Clare County Council has announced that they will be joining with Ennis & District Soroptimists to highlight a United Nations campaign to end violence against women and girls.
The most recent Aontú report shows that Gardaí in Clare received over 800 reports of domestic violence in the space of a year.

With the annual campaign launching tomorrow, Fianna Fail Councillor Clare Colleran Molloy urging women that find themselves in this situation to speak out.
