A group of seven Clare primary school students are in a race against the clock to raise funds to get them to a prestigious international competition.
A team from CBS Primary Ennis has won the overall excellence award at the VEX Robotics Nationals in Cork which gives them a spot at the World Championships in St Louis, Missouri.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist them with the prohibitive costs of the trip and so far, €14,000 of the €25,000 goal has been raised.
Their teacher, Donna Little, says they’re grateful for the local support they’ve received so far.
