The Mayor of Ennis has said it's disgraceful that people are continuing to illegally park in spaces for people with disabilities.

Councillor Pat Daly was speaking as Clare Councillors backed a motion which sought details from Gardaí on how they enforce road traffic legislation.
Issues of speeding and parking in disabled spaces were the motion's key concerns, and the Fianna Fáil Councillor thinks it's an issue which should be the focus of attention.
