Ennis will get a new Mayor today.
Clarecastle Fine Gael Councillor Paul Murphy is expected to be elected to the role when Ennis Municipal District Councillors hold their Annual General Meeting this afternoon.
He’ll replace Independent Councillor Ann Norton, who has completed her twelve months in the role.
