The public consultation period for the Ennis Local Transport Plan has been extended by two weeks.
Public consultation on the plan opened on May 16th and was due to conclude on Friday June 27th.

However, the online portal is understood to have went offline on Thursday night into Friday morning, during which time Clare County Council claims there were “many submissions”.
The local authority says “public participation is essential to the process” and it’s “now extending the public consultation from today, Monday June 30th, for two more weeks, until midnight on Friday July 11th.
