A young Ennis journalist has been named to the Governing Body of Dublin City University.
Zainab Boladale, a DCU graduate, is the first Afro-Irish woman to present news on Irish television, and currently works on RTE’s Nationwide programme.

Her appointment has been welcomed by the University Chancellor Dr. Martin McAleese, who says she will bring a depth of knowledge, insight, energy to the Body, along with a new perspective.
