An Ennis insurer is accusing the government of taking the foot off the pedal and not making sure that insurance fraud is cracked down on.
It comes as it’s revealed that plans to tackle the issue, which is driving up insurance premiums, have been hit with several delays.
Insurance premiums have been rising rapidly in recent years and though the rate of increase has stalled, the costs are still significantly higher than what many had been paying.
