Clare residents who fear they may have a drinking problem are being urged to reach out and seek help at this weekend’s Alcoholics Anonymous Convention in Ennis.
AA is a 12 Step programme dedicated to helping anyone suffering because of their drinking – there are around 850 Alcoholics Anonymous Groups in Ireland with an estimated 12,000 members.
The Clare convention is taking place at the Auburn Lodge Hotel in Ennis this weekend
