Ennis Haulier Says Sector ‘Laying Down Gauntlet’ On Further Supports In Budget 2023

An Ennis haulier claims the sector is ‘laying down the gauntlet’ to the Government to provide it further supports in Budget 2023.

Transport emissions will be required to be reduced by 51 percent by 2030 under the Government’s Climate Action Plan.

The Irish Road Haulage Association claims it’s faced with ‘having to deal with unprecedented cost pressures’ in its pre-Budget submission to Government.
