Ennis Councillor confident on job creation

An Ennis-area Councillor who has successfully called for a reduction in rates is confident it will see more jobs created in the county.

The move is designed to help small and medium firms in particular, and Fianna Fáil's Tom McNamara is hopeful it will give them certainty to hire more staff.

He's also called on the county's landlords to help kickstar the local retail sector.
