An event being held in Ennis tomorrow intends to highlight the gender imbalance in traditional Irish music.
Fair Plé is a movement which has been emphasising the shortage of female musicians in Irish trad and folk music.

Tomorrow, June 9th is national Fair Plé day and a concert in Lucas’ Bar in Ennis hopes to draw attention to the cause.
