Ennis Company Apologises For Security Breach

The Ennis based company at the centre of a major credit card fraud investigation has stressed it’s intention to getting operations back to normal for customers and staff at the firm.

In an open letter published in today’s Irish Times, Loyalty Build ‘s General Manager has aplogised for the distress caused to its customers by the criminal attack, saying staff are working tirelessly with the authorities to ensure such a scam never happens again.

Gardai and the Data Protection Commissioner are continuing to investigate how the credit cards details from customers of Supervalu, Axa, Centra, Postbank and others were compromised.

Online and phone bookings have ceased at Loyalty Build, but importantly for staff in Ennis, Mr Streenstrup stresses his intention to getting back to providing holiday breaks top the Irish market, growing jobs here, and providing valuable revenue for the Irish Tourism Industry.
