Ennis Businessman Concerned About ‘Perfect Storm’ Of Supply Chain Issues

An Ennis businessman says a ‘perfect storm’ of Brexit, Covid and the war in Ukraine is causing supply chain issues for outlets here.

It’s after the Oireachtas Transport Committee was told earlier this week that there was a point where there was only one day of commercial stock of diesel available at Dublin Port.

Businesses in this county are reporting supplies of some materials have quadrupled in price over recent months.
