An Ennis Builder is among the latest batch of tax defaulters to make settlements with the Revenue Commissioners.
Frank Stackpoole of Shanaway Road in Ennis failed to pay 170 thousand euro in taxes in the first quarter of 2009 details of which have been published on revenue.ie

Mr Stackpoole made a settlement with the revenue for the unpaid taxes for the 170 thousand and an additional 46 thousand 387.50 bringing his total settlement to over 216 thousand euro.
The latest list of tax defaulters also includes 7 other Clare settlements lower than 3 thousand euro.
