An Ennis-based Assistant General Secretary of the TUI claims the management of schools will become a problem for teachers if they are not vaccinated by September.
All three teaching unions have backed a motion for industrial action up to and including striking unless the age-based priority list for COVID-19 jabs is changed.

Any possible strike is unlikely to happen before September, when it’s planned that all adults will have received at least their first dose of the vaccine.
