An Ennis-based lobby group say thousands more jobs in the retail sector will be permanently lost if they don’t get clarity on their reopening date.
It’s after the government confirmed yesterday that non-essential shops will remain shut until at least March 5th.
Retail Excellence says about 90,000 people in the sector have already lost their jobs, temporarily or permanently.
