Ennis Auctioneer Expecting Increased Housing Supply In Clare In 2022

An Ennis auctioneer says he expects increased supply to come into Clare’s housing market in the first few months of 2022.

It’s after a new report released today by property website MyHome.ie suggests prices in this county have jumped by more than 7 percent in the past year.

The amount of supply on the market in Clare also fell by two percent in the last three months of 2021.
