Ennis General Hospital is appealing to the public to help relieve pressure on the Emergency Department by attending their GPs
A combination of seasonal demands and a surge in attendances has resulted in the hospital being exceptionally busy with eleven patients waiting on trolleys today
Management are urging people not to attend save in cases of genuine emergency.
