Ennis actress Denise Gough has been cast in a spin-off of the hugely successful US TV series, Game of Thrones.
The award-winning actress has been announced as being part of the cast of a pilot episode of an as-yet-unnamed series that will be set before the events of the massively popular HBO show.
It’s not expected to air until next year at the earliest, but the Belfast Telegraph reports that it will be filmed in the city later this year.
