Element six workers are warning they won’t be railroaded by management in their efforts to secure a better redundancy deal for staff.
Unions and management are set to hold talks on the issue tomorrow.

However staff are still being balloted on industrial action in the meantime.
In a statement Element Six General Manager Ken Sullivan says the issue is whether everyone working at the Shannon plant can reach agreement to keep a sustainable business.
