Nine local election candidates hoping to represent the north of the county will be taking part in the second Clare FM Local Election debate this morning.
The four incumbants will go head to head with five challengers hoping to secure one of four seats in the Ennistymon Local Electoral Area, after polling day on June 7th.
The issues of water infrastructure, as well as sustainable tourism will be up for discussion in the debate, which gets underway on Clare FM’s Morning Focus from 9am this morning.
The debates, which are recorded in the Council Chamber at Áras Contae an Cháir, will continue for the rest of this week, with candidates from the remaining electoral areas taking part in debates in the coming days.
