Efforts Underway To Save Ennis’ Only Remaining Record Shop

Efforts are underway to rescue Ennis’ only remaining vinyl record store.

It comes as the building hosting the Record Break in the Upper Market Street Car Park is set to go to market.

The shop has operated as a concert venue and café over the past 12 years and Owner Sinéad Nic Síoda has launched a fundraising campaign in the hopes of purchasing the building and securing its future.

She’s told Clare FM’s Morning Focus that it’s a vital arts and cultural hub.
