Clare’s Junior Minister is expressing confidence that a major US medical equipment firm will stay focused on Shannon for its Irish expansion.
Edward Lifesciences is opening today for its first day of business at its initial new Irish site located in the Shannon Free Zone.

60 jobs have been created here, with a further 600 due to come on stream by 2020 as part of the company’s Irish expansion, though the location of it’s Midwest base hasn’t yet been clarified.
