It’s hoped that the resolution of an issue concerning the availability of second level school places in Ennis will come as an ease to affected students and their families.
42 students, who hadn’t previously been offered a First Year placement, will now be accomodated in Ennis Community College following talks involving schools in the town and the Department of Education.
The school will be provided with additional supports, including rooms and teaching posts, to allow it handle the extra students.
