More Than 1,400 Students In Clare Will Begin Leaving Cert Exams This Morning

More than 1,400 students in Clare will begin their Leaving Cert exams this morning.

This is the first time in three years that the traditional state exam will go ahead, with calculated grades a feature of the past two years due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

1,417 pupils in the banner will begin the standard Leaving Certificate at 9.30am this morning, while 71 will take the Leaving Cert Applied.
