A Shannon Chamber Director is warning of “chaos” unless imbalanced regional development is urgently addressed.
It comes as Ibec, the group representing Irish business, has called on the next government to take significant steps to ensure growth outside of Dublin.
Ibec says that unless the government invests in the likes of housing, education, transport, broadband and health in areas outside of the capital, a regional imbalance will continue.
