100 new jobs are to be created in West Clare in the coming months.
It comes as a 3 million euro redevelopment plan gets underway at the Armada Hotel in Spanish Point, which will include a new 90 seater restaurant, an ocean bar and a dedicated space for wedding arrivals.
Hotel Management is opening its own recruitment agency to attract applicants to careers in hospitality, which they say is on account of a shortage of 70,000 staff in the sector.
