An East Clare paralympic swimmer insists Team Ireland will be ready to compete at the Rio Paralympics despite challenges with funding.

Killaloe's Jonathan McGrath swam for Ireland at the 2012 Paralympics in London, and while he didn't make the cut this year he's confident that those who are on Team Ireland will excel in Rio.
