A contractor is being sought to deliver a housing development worth an estimated €6 million in south-east Clare.
Co-operative Housing Ireland is looking to build 22 units at Bruachlan in Westbury.
The approved housing body has published a notice seeking a tender from a suitable contractor to design and build the residential development in the south-east Clare village.
The project would comprise 22 two-storey units made up of six two-bedroom semi-detached houses, 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses and four two-bedroom terraced houses.
Associated infrastructural works such as drainage, landscaping and other necessary ancillary works are also included in the planning application.
The development is valued at €6 million and tenders must be submitted by April 25th.
