Communities in Clare are set to benefit from a €5.2 million fund to tackle poverty and social exclusion.
It forms part of the government’s Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme and will run for the next five years.

The money is administered by the Clare Local Development Company and will be used to address persistent levels of deprivation and unemployment, in community-led projects.
