It has been announced that this year’s Tour de Munster charity cycle raised a total of 340,000 euro for branches of Down Syndrome Ireland throughout the province.

In four days in August, cyclists covered a route that took in all six Munster counties and a total of around 600 kilometres.

This year’s was the 20th edition of the event.
