Three creative projects across County Clare have received a funding boost through the Arts Council.
Over 200 thousand euro is being invested in Glór, Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy and Salmon Poetry.
The county’s Irish Music Centre which is based in Ennis gets the lions share of the money 86 thousand euro – as it celebrates its 12th year with the very best of traditional arts, theatre, children’s shows, music, dance and visual arts.
Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy which is held annually in Miltown Malbay in memory of piper Willie Clancy will receive 80 thousand while 42 thousand is being provided for publisher Salmon Poetry which celebrates its 30th anniversary.
