Gardaí carried out a search of an apartment in the Main Street area of Newmarket on Fergus yesterday.
During the course of the search Gardaí discovered suspected cannabis plants with a value of over €20,000 .No arrests have been made at this time but Gardaí are following a definite line of enquiry.
Investigations are ongoing.
