€120,000 has been allocated to provide new youth services in rural Clare.
The funding is being provided by the ‘UBU Your Place -Your Space’ programme which is being implemented by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth.

Clare is one of eight areas chosen to receive a chunk of the overall one million euro in funding.
It’s understood the Limerick & Clare Education and Training Board has issued a call for service to recruit a preferred service provider for the facility.
