Ennis property owners will have an opportunity to apply for a minor refurbishment scheme from today.
The Ennis Architectural Conservation Area Streetscape Enhancement Scheme will see up to €1,000 made available to businesses and homeowners in the town centre and its environs to upgrade their buildings.

The scheme has a total fund of €424,000 and applications can be submitted to the local authority up to February 27th.
Ennis Fianna Fáil Councillor Clare Colleran Molloy says it’s essential people apply early.
