A tender worth over €1 million for an office development in North Clare has been published by Clare County Council.
The local authority is seeking a contractor to carry out a redevelopment of a former retail storage building to provide a two-storey office building.
The tender valued at €1.2 million is for a proposed development at the Ennistymon Hub on Monastery Lane.
The works will involve the demolition of a steel-framed and clad building at the rear of the site in question.
Alterations and additions will be made to the existing building and a two-storey extension will be constructed to the rear.
It’s stated the contract duration will be 11 months and the tender will be valid for 180 days.
The clarification period will end on May 16th while the opening date for tenders is May 30th.
