Architect Graham Dwyer is widely expected to appeal his conviction for the murder of Elaine O'Hara before the appeal deadline expires tomorrow.

The 42-year-old with an address at Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, County Dublin has until close of business on Monday to submit papers with the court authorities.
A Central Criminal Court jury found Dwyer guilty by unanimous verdict last month and he was given a life sentence for murdering Ms O'Hara in August 2012.
It's expected that an appeal by Dwyer could focus on mobile phone evidence, his questioning in custody and the video-link evidence given by key witness Darci Day.
Barrister Paul Anthony McDermott said if Dwyer's appeal fails, he's unlikely to take it further
