A man in his 20s and a woman in her 30’s are due in court this morning charged in connection with the death of Thomas Horan in Dublin.

The 63 year old was discovered at his home in sheltered accommodation in Ringsend the early hours of Monday morning.
A post mortem examination revealed that he died from internal injuries.
