A Dublin man wanted by Hungarian authorities over a road accident in which two children died has had his extradition blocked at the Supreme Court

47 year old of Ciaran Tobin of Offington Drive in Sutton was convicted and sentenced in his absence following the incident in April 2000 after a initial request for his extradition failed.
But a later change to the law brought about a fresh extradition battle, which Ciaran Tobin won today by a narrow majority of 3 judges to 2.
