A motorist with three active disqualifications has tested positive for Cocaine in Ennis.
During a routine check, Clare’s Road Policing Unit pulled over a Citreon Berlingo Van on the Tulla Road and according to Gardaí the driver said he had “forgotten his licence”.

A scan on the Garda mobility app showed the driver had multiple disqualifications, before a roadside drugwipe tested positive for Cocaine.
The van was seized and the driver taken into custody to appear before the District Court.
