The driver of a train which crashed in north west Spain on Wednesday – killing 80 people – is being held in custody.

A judge ordered police to take a statement from the man, after officials declared excessive speed as the cause.
More than 100 others were injured in the crash while Spanish authorities have yet to identify 13 of the passengers that were killed.
It’s claimed the driver may have been travelling at least TWICE the speed limit.
