Drehidnagower Bridge is located on the local road between Drumcliff Road and Gort Road and dates back to the early 19th Century.
It has been closed since damage was uncovered there late last year, and since then repair and rehabilitation works have been carried out.
It is re-opening to pedestrians and cyclists from this evening, while vehicles that are under 10 tonnes in weight will be able to use the bridge once more from next Tuesday.
