Dooradoyle under increased pressure with over 30 patients on trolleys

Hospital services in the Mid West are under increased pressure today.

31 people are awaiting treatment at Limerick Regional, which nurses say is the longest queue of any hospital nationwide.

Daily Trolley watch figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation also show that there are 6 patients are on trolleys at Ennis General, with 20 people in the same situation in University Hospital Galway.
