Dog Fouling On The Rise In West Clare

Fears have been expressed over a worrying rise in dog fouling in West Clare.

It follows a notable rise of incidents on Francis Street in Kilrush in the past week, with enforcement patrols now set to be increased in the town.

It comes as the local authority’s environmental team has commenced a dog owner responsibility awareness campaign.
