In Germany, a doctor who was shot by a patient at a hospital in Berlin has died.

The gunman – who's believed to be a patient – is thought to have killed himself following the attack.
It happened at around 11am local time in the Steglitz district.
It's the fifth attack in Germany in just over a week.
