The Ballyvaughan man charged with the murder of local woman Deirdre McCarthy is due back in court today.
It’s the third court appearance for 39 year Colm Deely after he was charged with murdering the 43 year old Ballyvaughan woman who’s body was recovered at Fanore Strand last month.
Colm Deely is currently in prison custody and is due to appear before Ennis District Court later this morning.
