Declan Ganley launches his No to referendum campaign.

The businessman Declan Ganley says voting YES to the EU fiscal treaty is like buying a ticket for the titanic.

He made the remarks as he launched his campaign for a NO vote in the referendum at the end of the month.

Mr Ganley says the Fiscal treaty deal does nothing to bring down Ireland’s bank debt.
