Decision On Free FG Drink Driving Vote Delayed

A decision on giving Fine Gael TDs a free vote on a new drink-driving bill has been delayed.

But all cabinet ministers will all be expected to vote in favour of Shane Ross’s proposals when they come to the Dáil.

Minister Ross wants to beef up the penalties for the current drink driving offences, including an automatic ban from the roads.
